The Fearless and Focused Birthing Course
Why do a course?
Childbirth can be one of the most transformative and empowering experiences in life, but it also brings with it natural fears; - fear of pain, fear of complications, or fear of losing control.
The Fearless and Focused Birthing course was created to help you move beyond those fears. I believe that with the right information and tools, you can turn fear into empowerment and experience giving birth with calm and confidence.
What will you learn in my course?
Overcome Fear with a Strong Mindset
The course is centered on psychological preparation, helping you overcome fear by understanding it. You will learn to identify your fears, how to debunk them, and cognitive control techniques to manage anxiety and stay mentally strong through every stage of labor. You will discover how to turn fear into focus, ensuring that you stay in control of your experience.
Pain Management Techniques
You’ll learn practical pain-relief techniques that empower your mind and body — not just medical options. From breathing techniques and natural pain relief methods to understanding medical interventions, this course gives you a full range of options to find what works best for your body and mind.
A Comprehensive Guide to Labor and Delivery
Gain a step-by-step understanding of the birthing process. Whether it is recognizing the signs of labor, understanding the difference between true labor and Braxton-Hicks contractions, or mentally mastering each stage of labor, the course will provide you with essential knowledge so that you can remain in control of your body.
Tools for an Empowering Birth Plan
The course gives a detailed guide to how you can create a flexible birth plan that aligns with your preferences, while staying adaptable to the unexpected. This plan will help you communicate effectively with your healthcare team and stay empowered throughout your labor. Additionally, guidance and templates for how to write your birth letter, and pack your hospital bag is included.
Suitable for Every Birth Preference
Whether you are aiming for a natural birth, or exploring medical interventions, and whether you are planning for a home birth or hospital delivery, this course supports all birthing preferences. It equips you with knowledge and tools to choose the right path for you.
What about a planned c-section?
You will benefit just as much from my course even if you plan to have an elective caesarean section. Giving birth is not just about giving birth in a special way, a belly birth is just as much a birth as a vaginal birth.
During my bachelor’s degree, I wrote a thesis on how preoperative anxiety influences postoperative pain after an elective cesarean section. By reducing fear and anxiety before the c-section, we can significantly reduce the postoperative pains afterwards. This is super interesting, and highly motivated me to build my course to teach you strategies to manage fears and reframe them into empowering thoughts.
I also include specific breathing and relaxation techniques so that you can learn how to regain a a calm, focused mindset — even if you begin to panic, so you can be fully prepared for your c-section, and feel a lot less pain afterwards.
If you want to give birth with an epidural, you can learn more about this in my course, as well. You will learn what it is, how it is administered, and how long it takes to work. In my course you will learn what to expect when opting for an epidural, and what you can do if the epidural is delayed, or does not work.
This course is for women who want to experience childbirth as an empowering journey, not a fearful one. You will walk away equipped with the tools, mindset, and techniques to face labor confidently, regardless of the path your birth takes. You deserve to feel strong, capable, and supported every step of the way.
Knowledge is power
You wouldn't show up for a final exam or a marathon without preparation.
Prepare yourself for the greatest experience of your life with my course. A confident birth begins long before labor — it begins with preparation.
