Coupland Counseling
As we both have degrees in Psychology, we long to help people one-on-one through counseling and conversation therapy. We offer an outside-perspective, compassion and a non-judgmental attitude. You can choose to talk to only one of us or both of us.

Royal Warrior
The Bible says that we who are Christians are Royal people (1 Peter 2:9) and warriors in God’s army (Ephesians 6:10-18, Revelation 19:11-16). Because of this, our hearts burn for discipling people and training them as royal warriors in God’s kingdom. The Royal Warrior Academy aims to do this, by equipping the warriors in God’s army with the Truth.

Fearless and Focused
After giving birth to two children, Benedicte developed a passion for helping women prepare mentally for birth. She offers conversation therapy and counseling as a birth therapist, and also offers a digital birth preparation course for free,- the Fearless and Focused Birthing course.

Oftentimes in our lives, it is enough to just have a neutral ear so we can vent our frustrations, sadnesses and other dilemmas. We promise not to judge, and you can share anything with us.
If you are struggling with your faith, or understanding of the Bible, our Biblical training can also be useful in trying to explain the truths of the Bible. We also offer prayer and a shoulder to cry on,- if that is all you need.

Are you pregnant and anxious about the upcoming birth? I am here to help you! Having given birth to two precious children, I fell in love with the birthing process, and passionate about helping other women prepare mentally for giving birth. You can book me as a therapist, or you can take my course to make sure you are as prepared as you can possibly be to bring your baby into the world!
Royal Warrior
We are at war. The enemy is attacking us every day and every hour, so we need to learn how to stand our ground and fight back. God has instructed us in His Word how to fight, He has given us a Weapon, and Jesus showed us by example how to use it. This ministry is all about that Weapon,- the Word of God, and how to wield it.
